Built to move what matters
Musita Logistics is a Ugandan-registered private limited company (Company No. 175137), incorporated in 2013 under the laws of Uganda and licensed by the Uganda Revenue Authority as a Customs Agent (VAT 1003288781).
We are a proud member of the Uganda Freight Forwarders Association (UFFA), affiliated with FEAFFA and the international body FIATA — which connects our clients to a global network of vetted freight professionals.
From a single consolidated carton to a fleet of seventy vehicles, we move cargo through the Northern and Central Corridors: sea freight through Mombasa and Dar es Salaam, air freight through Entebbe, rail on the SGR and MGR lines, and road haulage to every major destination in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and eastern DRC.
Our own branch in Mombasa — Musita Logistics Kenya Ltd — processes documentation at the port itself, which is how we consistently hit three-day sea port clearance and two-day airport clearance while others are still queuing.

How we work
Four steps, every consignment
The same sequence whether it is one carton by air or seventy vehicles by sea. Predictability is the product.

Brief and quote
You tell us what is moving, from where and by when. We come back with a firm all-in landed figure — freight, clearance, duty and delivery, no surprises later.

Document and pre-clear
Route and mode confirmed, vehicle and crew assigned. Entries, bonds, permits and certificates prepared and lodged before the cargo arrives.
03
Move and track
Cargo collected, secured and moved. A tracking number is issued and updated at every checkpoint — port, weighbridge, border, clearance.
04
Deliver and confirm
Offloaded at destination, condition checked, signed proof of delivery filed and sent to you with the closed job file.
